Winzgo Terms of Service
The rules for using the Winzgo fuel and trip tracking app, including driving safety and the limits of map and fuel data.

Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Winzgo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
Description of Service
Winzgo is a fuel and trip tracking app that helps you record fuel fill-ups, trips, and vehicle expenses, view maps and nearby fuel stations, get directions, and analyze fuel consumption.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- Always obey traffic laws and road signs and keep your attention on the road. Do not type or interact with the app while driving; set a destination before you start or pull over safely. Use voice guidance and a proper phone mount.
- You are responsible for keeping your device, Google account, and backups secure.
- Do not misuse the app or its map services, including attempting to extract map data in bulk.
Disclaimer
- Fuel consumption, cost, and distance figures are estimates and may be inaccurate.
- Trip recording, odometer updates, and fuel-station stop detection depend on GPS, Bluetooth, and device battery settings and may miss or misdetect events.
- Maps, routes, fuel-station information, speed limits, and road camera alerts come from third parties, may be incomplete or out of date, and are for reference only. Actual road conditions and signs always take priority.
- To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's data.
Third-Party Services
Maps and navigation are powered by Mapbox and are subject to the Mapbox Terms of Service. Google Drive backup is subject to the Google Terms of Service. Map data © Mapbox © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Winzgo are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
